Coffee and Conversation - Ages 18+

Join us for coffee and conversation in this monthly event! Each month we will have different guest speakers who will discuss a variety of topics ranging from health and wellness to social and emotional. Bring your questions and a friend and we will supply the coffee!

Hypertrophy Training - Ages 15+

Work with certified Personal Trainer Trevor to meet your "gains" goals! Growing your muscle size takes a certain type of training and workout. In this 4-week session, you will learn how to strength train specifically for muscle growth/hypertrophy!

 

Dates: June 7 - June 28

Time: Fridays - 8:00 a.m. - 9;00 a.m.

Price: $100 Members / $150 Non-Members

Strength Training for Weight Loss - Ages 13+

Work with certified Personal Trainer Trevor to learn how to lose weight while promoting muscle growth and reducing overall body fat. This is a small group program designed for ages 13+, to help you feel stronger and more confident in your strength training!

 

Dates: August 7 - August 28

Time: Wednesdays - 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Price: $100 Members / $150 Non-Members

Summer Athlete Peak Performance Camp - Ages 13-18

Get ready to take your game to the next level with our summer training program for school athletes! Our program is designed to help you improve your strength, speed, agility, and endurance so you can perform at your best when the sports season rolls around.

 

Dates: June 10 - August 7 (No class week of July 4)

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays - 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Price: $200 Members / $296 Non-Members (includes Youth Membership for June-August)

Women on Weights - Ages 13+

Intimidated by the idea of strength training? Do you want to learn but don't know where to start? This female focused class will introduce you to weightlifting techniques and equipment that will help you meet your specific goals. Certified Personal Trainer Lori will be instructing this class. Great training option to pair with a cardio workout! Beginner level.

 

Dates: July 10 - July 31

Time: Wednesdays - 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
